Fashion forward or nah?

Who decides in fashion what comes back and stays?

By that I mean who starts the trends that come and go of course...

So I have this gorgeous black jumper that I bought from a Jennyfer store in France...

I wore it, as you can see... (this is becoming self-explanatory) and my aunt came round my house and began to laugh at me. I asked why, because tbh I always think I look good and if I'm not stepping out the house, I'm not trying. But I looked decent that day (well I suppose). So I asked why she was laughing and she said to me your jumper... I was like I know it's freaking awesome I got it for 12,99 euros and she was like yeah only old people used to wear them when I was young... immediately I got the joke (I was modernising old fashion and made it new new jeeez)

So mohair jumpers (are everything omg, their cosy and fluffy what more do you want!) have made their significant mark from the 1940's and 50's -  Below the fluffy jumper from the Richard Nicoll Catwalk at London Fashion Week.

All I can say is since fashion week stores such as H&M and New Look have flooded the rails with the 'statement' fluffy jumpers in all sorts of colours imaginable. I think I may just cop a couple more those jumpers are the shiz knit - see what I did there... lol

But for now this is how I styled my black jumper, with a black skirt that has lace detailing at the bottom from H&M. I went for an 'all black' look as I do, I can't help it, it's chilled and I love this jumper.

Here's a similar skirt to the one I'm wearing in leather H&M Skirt.
